Kicking it off Friday night at Florida Keys Brewing Co. with Hare of the Dawg and ending Monday night with headliner TBA at Founders Park Main Stage.

Friday: (Florida Keys Brewing Co.)
Hare of the Dawg 4-8

Formed in 2016, Hare o' the Dawg was spawned from a common love of improvisational string music.

Drawing inspiration from old-time music such as swing, bluegrass and gypsy jazz, Hare o' the Dawg has pleased crowds with original music as well as arrangements of tunes from the likes of Django Reinhardt, David Grisman, Jerry Garcia and anything with a bluegrass flavor.

Most of the band are multi-instrumentalists, and instrument swapping is a common theme of our music.

Open Jam Session! 8-10

Saturday: (Florida Keys Brewing Co.)

Uproot Hootenanny 2-5

A pickers paradise, this four-piece band features some of South Florida’s top string instrument players. From bluegrass classics to Irish-folksy vibes. Uproot Hootenanny has that certain string band charm that has all ages leaving the show with a smile. Along with their own originals, they do some pretty awesome covers that range from the Rolling Stones to Johnny Cash. With David Welch on banjo, Brian Bolen on guitar, Brian Trew on fiddle, and Nico Kiriazis on upright bass, Uproot Hootenanny is just a downright good time.

The Wondering Hours 6 -10

Based in Tampa Bay, Florida, The Wandering Hours are an original take on traditional American string music combining old-time, early bluegrass, and folk into a dancey and lyrically deep band that always entertains fans of string music and first-time listeners.

Formed in 2018, they harness powerful lyrics and uplifting melodies using fiddle, mandolin, banjo, guitar, and upright bass.  They write original music in this vein, as well as playing some of the important songs and tunes from these eras.

Sunday: (Florida Keys Brewing Co.)
Low Ground Band 1-4

Low Ground is heavily influenced by Bluegrass, Swing, Folk, Rock, Blues, Jazz, and Jam. As a band they strive to honor the history set forth by these styles of music; all while including their own creative vision.

The bandmates include Paddy King on Fiddle, Amanda Accardi on Upright Bass, Isaac Taylor on Banjo, and Trevor Klutz on Guitar. Together they form a unique blend. A fresh sound that keeps the traditionalists happy, while also catering to those whose seek to push past the boundaries of the norm.

Grass is Dead 6-10

It is well known that roots music is passed down from generation to generation. From grandparents to parents and from parents to their children. The inevitable collision between the traditional past and the enormous catalogue of modern music, both spiritual and psychedelic, is the fertile plain that sprouted the roots of The Grass Is Dead. Initially formed as an acoustic offshoot of one of the country’s most beloved GD tribute bands, Crazy Fingers, The Grass Is Dead has evolved over the past ten years into a juggernaut of sound and a festival favorite up and down the east coast, to Colorado and back. Their live performances bring into view a traditional sensibility of bluegrass, swing, and folk music launched directly onto a psychedelic paintbrush of modern influences, most importantly, the music of the Grateful Dead. Captivating audiences with their unique interpretations and thoughtful arrangements of songs by the GD, Jerry Garcia, and many others, as well as their extensive file of traditional roots music at their command, The Grass Is Dead are very much alive and well, rocking out and and picking their way across this great country.

Monday: (at Founders Park, Main Stage)

Always island vibes and good times in the Beer Garden!
